Trouble Ticket Express

ICT Department introduces a new ticketing system to the staffs, named Trouble Ticket Express (TTX) to simplify the support process and track all the inquiries from our customers.
Creating a service ticket is now as easy as submitting a web form, and the TTX assigns a unique number to each service request and saves it in a database to be reviewed at any time. Each service ticket will have attributes showing who is responsible and what the current status of the ticket. So, you are no longer required to send e-mails inquiring about the status of your ticket.
If you require urgent assistance during working hours, please dial ICT Helpdesk hotline number at 2828 / 2829, however we do appreciate if the issue is non-urgent the request should be logged via Trouble Ticket Express web form (accessible when you connected to Curtin Network).
